First, monks and nuns travel by themselves, visit famous Taoist temples, consult Taoist priests all over the country, broaden their horizons and improve their Buddhist cultivation; Second, Buddhist organizations send monks and nuns to study in foreign Buddhist colleges in a planned and purposeful way, so as to improve their Buddhist and ideological level and create the backbone of Buddhist research and temple management.

Jiuhuashan Buddhist College has been running for nine years. Under the specific guidance of Master Ren De, the president, and Master Sheng Hui, the first vice president, we have always adhered to the teaching policy of "teaching and educating people, paying equal attention to learning and training, and paying equal attention to intellectual education", and implemented a strict system of going to the temple, attending classes and giving lectures for half a month. In summer, it organizes activities such as collective mountain worship and chanting from time to time. Through strengthening, the quality of self-construction and learning has been improved. In a short time, it has established a good Taoist style and style of study, and formed its own characteristics, which has attracted the attention and appreciation of Buddhist circles at home and abroad. Jiuhuashan Buddhist College has graduated from four monks and two national temple deacons training courses, totaling more than 200 people. Among the monks who graduated, some served as important deacons in charge and supervision of hospitals in major temples across the country, some became the backbone of Buddhist associations at all levels, and some became the backbone of Buddhist colleges, which timely alleviated the shortage of Buddhist monks and talents and opened up a brand-new road for Buddhist education. At present, the fifth monk has entered the third semester. In recent years, the self-taught teachers in Buddhist College have made initial achievements. At present, there are more than a dozen young wizards with excellent academic performance who are teaching and managing logistics work. Although they are very young, they are characterized by hard work and persistent fighting spirit. I believe they will become a new force in the revival of Buddhism. At the same time, the college also hired a number of Buddhist experts and scholars as visiting professors to teach regularly. The college also founded the magazine Ganlu, which is not only a garden for learning monks and a forum for Buddhist studies, but also a window for Jiuhuashan Buddhist College to open to the outside world.
