(1) After the mid-term and final exams every year, students fill in the feedback form of teachers' work survey, grasp the actual teaching situation of teachers, reward the excellent and punish the poor, issue a briefing in time and have corresponding rectification measures.
(2) Walk into the class from time to time and learn about the teaching situation by talking with students.
(3) Make full use of every parent-teacher meeting, listen carefully to parents' reaction to the teaching situation of teachers in each class, and seriously rectify the exposed problems.
(4) Implement democratic management through the principal's mailbox, and grasp the actual situation of education and teaching through multiple channels.
(5) Hold parent-teacher conferences from time to time. At the beginning, middle and end of each semester, or in case of major events (such as volunteering for the college entrance examination and placement), parents' meetings will be held.
(6) Establish parents' schools, give regular classes and trainings to parents, and communicate information with parents, thus forming a trinity education mechanism of schools, parents and society.
(7) Hold parent reception day activities and participate in major school decisions, such as the deployment of class teachers.
(8) Parents' school activities shall not occupy the normal teaching time of the school, and parents' meeting activities of each class shall be approved by the parents' committee.
(9) The parent committee consists of the director, the class teacher and members. The director is the principal and secretary of the school, the deputy director is the vice president of teaching, the vice president of management and a parent, and the members are the director of the academic affairs office, the art education office, the political and educational office, the teaching and research section and four parents' representatives.
