How do teachers educate children in daily life?
I have been with the children in our class for almost a school year. I pay attention to their activities. Children vary greatly in character and ability.

Some children are confident and smart, and they are "social experts" in the class. Some children don't talk much, but it is the labor responsibility of the class. Some children are introverted and shy, watching other children play in full swing and stop at every turn; Some children have a strong understanding ability and can pass at one point; Other children are warm-hearted and know how to help other children actively.

In short, there are no two identical leaves on the tree. As the saying goes, a dragon gives birth to nine children, each of which is different, not to mention the differences and differences between two dozen children in the same class.

Due to family education, genetic inheritance, physiological characteristics and other aspects of inheritance, there are bound to be differences between children. So how should our teachers treat this individual difference?

First of all, we should acknowledge and accept the existence of these differences. Then find out the reasons for these differences, which ones are acquired? Or was it born? Think again about the strategies and methods to narrow the differences between children.

Let me talk about how I treat differences in my daily life.

For example, the children in our class usually come early. After they have a good breakfast, some children will sit together and read the picture book and discuss the story of the picture book together. They sat at the same table in twos and threes, which seemed particularly natural.

Ozawa wandered around them, as if he didn't have the courage to join.

At this time, how did I do it?

I asked those children to invite Ozawa to sit down and chat with him.

After a period of observation, I found that although Ozawa could not communicate with them naturally, he had the courage to join their group. Listening to them talk is progress.

I believe that before long, Ozawa will try to express his views like other children.

Therefore, for children who are eager to join others but are shy and timid, I usually ask "social experts" to invite them to join.

I usually communicate with parents and get to know my children in all aspects.

As the weather gets hotter and hotter, we now completely let the children change their pajamas.

At this time, the difference is obvious. Children with strong hands-on ability, such as Xiao Shi and Xiao Lin, can not only change and fold pajamas quickly, but also help other children.

On the contrary, some people with poor self-care ability can't even take off their pants.

In the past, it was very difficult for little K children to wear pants, let alone button and fold clothes.

Later, after communicating with my parents, I realized that at home, all this was arranged by my grandparents, and Xiao K was rarely allowed to do it himself.

We suggest that Xiao K's parents give their children more opportunities to exercise and practice, not only to teach people to fish, but also to teach people to fish.

Parents have adopted our suggestions, and combined with the cultivation of our daily activities, little K children can already wear clothes, and now they are trying to challenge folding clothes!

I also encourage children with better self-care ability to help other children, which is conducive to class harmony.

In group activity teaching, teachers often pay attention to and praise those children with strong ability to encourage another group of children.

In my opinion, contrary to expectations, some children will be compared and lose confidence and enthusiasm.

Without teachers' attention, they lack interest and enthusiasm in learning activities.

We also give unknown children the opportunity to perform and encourage them to actively participate and respond, thus forming a virtuous circle in the classroom.

Therefore, in collective teaching, it is impossible for us to design different teaching plans according to each child. We need to pay more attention, encourage children with weak abilities and give them more opportunities to show.

In short, in our daily life, we should pay attention to children's performance, find out the reasons for the differences, and use reasonable methods to narrow the differences between children in the class so that children can develop as balanced as possible.
