Go to the receiving school to find the school administrator, log in to the online school information management system, and handle the transfer. Because the student status has been networked all over the country, the regulations on student status management of the Ministry of Education follow people. Students must go through the online transfer procedures when transferring. For details, please consult the student registration administrator of the receiving school or the original school. Student status is a unique system in China, which refers to a legal status or qualification that students belong to a certain school. The Ministry of Education has established the information management system of primary and secondary schools since September 1 2065438.

Student registration includes:

The school recruits new students according to the school district designated by the education administrative department where the household registration is located and the relevant requirements.

When junior high school freshmen enter school, they should submit the original files, accounts and housing certificates of primary school students to the school for review. After the students pass the examination, they will report to the school at the specified time with the notice stamped with the school registration management chapter and school chapter of the education administrative department in the jurisdiction. When new primary school students enter school, they should submit the household registration book and housing certificate to the education administrative department of the jurisdiction for examination. After passing the examination, with the notice of the administrative department of education in the jurisdiction, report to the designated school at the specified time.

After the freshmen report at the specified time, they will obtain the corresponding student status.

Students who are not in this school district will not be allowed to establish corresponding student status.

Freshmen fail to report to the school within two weeks from the date of registration, except in special circumstances where the school can cancel the admission qualification.

The contents of student status include: the admission notice stamped with the student status stamp of the Education Bureau of the jurisdiction and the corresponding middle school student status stamp, the primary school graduation registration form, and the quality manual uniformly formulated by the Education Bureau.

Article 29

Schools and other educational institutions shall exercise the following rights:

(1) Autonomous management in accordance with the articles of association;

(2) Organizing the implementation of educational and teaching activities;

(3) Recruiting students or other educatees;

(four) the management of student status, the implementation of incentives or sanctions;

(five) to issue corresponding academic certificates to the educated; (six) the appointment of teachers and other employees, the implementation of incentives or sanctions;

(seven) the management and use of the facilities and funds of this unit; (eight) to reject any organization or individual's illegal interference in education and teaching activities;
