(two) to accept the opinions and suggestions of the masses on the work of the government and departments, as well as on the work style, quality and efficiency of government civil servants;

(three) to accept the opinions and suggestions of the masses on the development of the city's economic and social undertakings;

(four) timely report to the leaders of the municipal government the important social conditions and public opinions reflected by the masses, and do a good job in the transfer, supervision and feedback of the leadership instructions;

(five) responsible for the supervision, inspection, coordination, guidance, assessment and network construction of the hotline work of the municipal government and the industry system;

(six) to handle other tasks assigned by the leadership.
