7. Psychological adjustment. Psychological adjustment includes mental health education, psychological test, psychological consultation and psychological disease treatment. Prisons are psychologically corrected by professionals. Prisons should provide mental health education to prisoners, publicize mental health knowledge, and enable prisoners to learn to adjust and correct their psychological problems.
"Regulations on Prison Education and Reform" Article 55 A prison shall give priority education to criminals who are about to serve their sentences for a period of three months.
Article 56 When organizing prisoners' exit education, prisons should educate prisoners on the situation, policies and future, observe the law and provide necessary employment guidance, and carry out various forms of practical vocational skills training to enhance their ability to adapt to society and make a living after returning to society.
Article 59 A prison shall, one month before the expiration of a prisoner's sentence, fill out a Notice of Released Persons and submit it to the county-level public security organ and judicial administrative organ where the prisoner's original household registration is located, including the prisoner's evaluation opinions on the reform of serving his sentence, the release time of his sentence, his professional skills and his intention to choose a job after returning to society, as well as suggestions on how to do a good job in resettlement education.
