1, Introduction

Sun Yat-sen University, referred to as "Zhong Da University", is located in Guangdong Province and directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is a comprehensive national key university jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and Guangdong Province. It ranks among the national "double first-class", "985 Project" and "21project", and is selected as the national "Everest Plan" and "1654".

2. Faculty major

The school has departments of economics and management, medicine, humanities, social sciences, science, engineering and information. There are 33 colleges (departments) in Guangzhou Campus, 20 colleges (departments) in Zhuhai Campus, Shenzhen Campus 17 College, Affiliated Hospital 10, and undergraduate major 136.

3. Teachers.

By May 2023, there were 4,970 full-time teachers in the school, including full-time teachers 1.683, deputy senior teachers1.6, full-time postdoctoral researchers (265,438) and professional technicians (experimental technology, engineering technology, books and materials, editing and publishing, accounting series).
