II. Procedures for academic qualifications change and materials to be submitted:

1, before registration

Fill in the Report on Cadres' Participation in Academic Education and Postgraduate Courses (in triplicate), submit it together with the changed materials after graduation, and go to the competent department of the unit for examination and approval after being signed and sealed by the unit.

2. After graduation

Fill in the declaration form for the change of cadres' academic qualifications in triplicate, and after signing the opinions of the unit, together with academic materials (application form, student status card, summary of results, graduate registration form, appraisal form, graduation thesis evaluation form), graduation certificate, online academic qualifications query results (printed by online search), the unit is a school, and the roster should be filled in (in duplicate).

3. After the above materials are handled according to the above requirements, they shall be examined and approved by the Personnel Unit of the Education Bureau, and then examined and approved by the Personnel Bureau or the Organization Department according to the examination and approval authority, and the materials shall be sent to the Personnel Bureau or the Organization Department Archives. The unit is the school's direct examination and approval in the Education Bureau, and the materials after examination and approval should be submitted directly to the archives room on the eighth floor, so the formalities are finished.
