After four days' study tour in Jiangyan, I gained a lot. Let's sum up what I have seen, learned and thought.

The first sentence that President Shen said after we got off the bus left a deep impression on me. Including the later director Lin, all of them can get the college entrance examination if they speak Chinese. The same is true for those who failed in the college entrance examination. Reading is an important way for us to learn and an important force for us to learn from the outside world. In order to encourage reading, Chengnan Primary School has set up a reward mechanism for reading money. There are many reading coins, so you can change them in the school cafeteria, only books. Greatly inspired the students' reading enthusiasm. Moreover, by reading cards, students can capture the reading trend, and teachers can also adjust public opinion and guide students to read.

More importantly, teachers and leaders here believe that reading is a systematic reading, not a fragmented reading. Reading between classes is not necessarily effective, but because you can't get a good rest, it leads to myopia. I think we should pay attention to this day.

The second is eloquence. The flag-raising ceremony at recess completely shocked me. More than 20 acres of land, 1200 people. But Datong students lined up in an orderly manner. What is even more shocking is the three small hosts. Their language is fluent and natural, and their dialogue is fluent. He doesn't look like a third grader at all. After they stepped down, they directly asked and learned that the male student in Grade Three had signed up for the eloquence class, while another female student was very interested, often read articles, liked the host He Jiong and watched his program ... I was shocked. This is an example of students giving full play to their potential under the new education. Eloquence is constantly strengthened through the school. In the afternoon, when listening to the sixth grade math class and reading the classics, teachers and hosts will let students speak boldly and freely. I think this is the best way to exercise their emotional attitude and values.

The third is the three-single teaching method. Before that, I learned a lot about the "three-single" teaching method and listened to many classes. But when we came here, we realized that we had learned from the past. Taking advantage of the gap, I specially asked President Shen about the three-single teaching method in senior one. President Shen said that you can use three orders in the first grade, but it must not be three orders on paper. You can directly replace these with two or three questions, and the key point is to reduce the number of questions. Don't distract the students too much. Let the students discuss it appropriately. (But how about this quantity? We need more experiments and continue to explore. )

The next day, I learned more profound things in the experiments at Dongqiao Primary School and Kang Hua No.2 Middle School, mainly including: 1. School supervision is flexible. 2. Calligraphy has been strengthened and the mind has been cultivated. 3. There is a special community, please ask parents for help. 4. Read the recommended course.

For hosting services, there are many parents and employees here. In order to let children better receive family education. The school specially trains teachers and becomes a trustee. This will not only reassure parents, but also enable students to grow up healthily.

Calligraphy is the most shocking. In the morning, it is the work of students in Dongqiao Primary School, and in the afternoon, it is the work of the experimental teacher in Kang Hua No.2 Middle School. In the East School and Primary School, in combination with community activities, there are special teachers who are responsible for letting students have several calligraphy classes every week. Students' handwriting is comparable to that of teachers. When they have strength in the future, they will definitely be among the best. However, Kang Hua II experimented with the teacher's handwriting, which was also trained and well written, which made me feel ashamed. You must practice more and improve your strength in the future.

Third, most of the school associations are helped by parents and volunteers. Chengnan Primary School covers an area of 30 mu, with 1 100 students. Dongqiao School covers an area of 15 mu and has 2400 students. Kang Hua II University has more than 3,000 students. Dongqiao School has fewer classrooms and more students. But Rao is so, and there are many classrooms for students to practice their skills. We also asked the government for another 15 acre of land to expand the school. Of course, building society and culture requires a lot of money. But the principal's original words are: the cultural corridor cost 600 thousand. The calligraphy classroom only cost 80 thousand. They used the word "talent". In their eyes, money is nothing compared with culture.

There is also Kang Hua's second experiment, where I listened to the recommended course of Chinese reading and agreed with it. Through the teacher's explanation full of doubts, arouse children's curiosity and want to read more books. I don't agree to explain what the teacher calls the extracurricular reading instruction class. Just like watching a movie, I can't understand it, but it's even more boring if someone explains it. Books want endless mystery. Only in this way can we attract students to read.

On the third day of studying in Jiangyan, I had a deeper understanding of big reading. In the afternoon, I went to Jiangyan Experimental Kindergarten, and in the afternoon I went to the Teacher Development Center to listen to a report on big reading.

First of all, in kindergarten, two different forms of picture book classes let us see different people talking about the text. The first lesson is the story of "Smith" told by Cao Yuanchang. Through the gamification of the course, we can appreciate the charm of children's reading. In the second class, it is not a feather that parents lead their children to learn. Let us know the importance of studying together at home and school.

In the afternoon, we were in the classroom development center, which further showed us the profound charm of big reading. Through this explanation, I have a more systematic understanding of it.

In fact, the highlight of Jiangyan is not only big reading, but also small football, community, micro-innovation, new education and three consecutive championships. The main understanding this time is the basis of all this, reading. And from the time, discipline, learning period, content, value pursuit and other five aspects were elaborated in detail.

Director Lin said that the main contents of pre-school education are: picture book reading, curriculum gamification and home-school reading. I agree with you very much. Only by laying a good foundation can we stand out in the later learning stage. The primary school owes the reading account, and it will be paid back sooner or later.

Therefore, for reading, not only children should work hard, but parents also have the necessary responsibilities. I think, at present, our reading here should be aimed at children and parents, so that parents can pay attention to reading. However, in daily communication, many parents think that reading extracurricular books is useless, so it is better to study hard. Therefore, children are not allowed to learn, only allowed to learn. I think it is urgent to change the views of some parents.

We have always admired Jiangyan. These places have a lot of money to improve their own conditions and give their students better development. Yes, the economy has a great influence on education, but this is not the decisive factor. There is a saying in Hunan: if you don't complain, you will die. We should act at once, instead of complaining meaningless like a dissatisfied housewife.

Boldly carry out your ideas, as a Chinese teacher. I also have some ideas. I hope that after my professional quality has stabilized, I will gradually implement it so that our own students can grow up healthily and happily.

At this stage, there is a drawback in our research. For example, some teachers directly recommend others' recommendation forms. I think this is extremely inappropriate. The recommendation form is recommended independently in the syllabus according to local characteristics. Not across the board. Front-line teachers should be given more rights to recommend books independently.

I envy the earth-shaking changes in Jiangyan. I hope to learn more knowledge related to big reading here to change myself. One day, we dare to make the sun and moon look brand-new!

1February 6th, the last day of Jiangyan's four-day trip, we went to Cai Li Middle School and Nanyuan Kindergarten across the hall, where I got a deeper understanding of education.

In the morning, in Cai Li Experimental Middle School, we listened to the "charm teaching aid" described by Zhai Yan and the reading recommendation class of "Walking into the Qinhu Lake" by Professor Meng Xiaomei. He also visited the history classroom of Cai Li Middle School. After listening to two classes, several teachers made comments, which gave me a new understanding of junior high school reading class. In the afternoon in Nanyuan Kindergarten, we were surprised by the advanced facilities and concepts. In kindergartens, campus culture can be seen everywhere. It seems that campus culture should start with dolls. After that, we watched Filja Shadow Play by Mr. Da Ban Ding and The Most Beautiful Giant in the City by Mr. Bian Lanfang in the middle class. Through hands-on experiments, group discussions and heuristic teaching, children's learning enthusiasm is fully mobilized.

After listening to Zhai Yan's first class, I have some questions about this class. I think this is a traditional class, and I find all kinds of problems. But when I asked the teacher with these questions, I realized that it was because I was teaching in a different grade that I saw that other teachers would not teach. Moreover, these are practical and stable teaching knowledge.

Good speech, but the students' grades are not good. This is an empty play and a show, but if there are any problems, we must solve them. So I listened to the second class with these questions. This time, I specially sat next to a classmate and followed the class. The neat teacher Meng Xiaomei talked about "Approaching the Qinhu Lake", which made the students feel better about the surrounding beautiful scenery through reading aloud, and at the same time skillfully integrated the text explanation. After a class, this time I was surprised to find that the classmate around me had recorded so many things, and after learning, his clothes looked well prepared.

The lecture was very general, but the students were full of gains, very practical and practical.

After four days of study, I think at this stage, combined with the comprehensive situation of our school, our class should pay close attention to reading. Give full play to the basic role of reading, so that students' strength can be truly displayed through reading. Therefore, I have the following suggestions:

1. Teachers teach everything around exams, so if you really want teachers to advocate big reading, you must first change the exam content. Reduce the application of exam-oriented content, and instead do the content of reading list. You can use pictures in extracurricular books to guide students to rewrite pictures, such as first-year students looking at pictures and writing words, second-year students looking at pictures and writing words, and third-year students writing compositions according to reading content. In addition, our school's own activities should also focus on extracurricular reading, rather than text content.

2. Make flexible use of the morning reading and afternoon sunshine time, and don't speak, write or read. Give full play to the imagination of teachers in each class and carry out various forms of reading. Take my class as an example. I will tell the story of "magic pen and horse donkey" two or three times a week, and at the same time let the students continue to tell it and exercise their creative thinking ability.

The biggest and most difficult problem is not students, but parents. Although great progress has been made at this stage, there are still many parents who think that reading is an unprofessional thing and it is better to read. It is imperative that this aspect should be improved by the class teacher. Take me as an example, we have held several WeChat class meetings in succession. Explained the learning situation and big reading. Give every parent who has questions a patient explanation. At the beginning, I had to answer their questions from 7 pm to 1 1, and then it gradually decreased. For the last time, my parents understood me very well and supported my children to study to a great extent.

Of course, in addition to students and parents, teachers themselves should study more. Every day, teachers should read more books by themselves, and at the same time, they should read more different kinds of books to enrich their knowledge. As the saying goes, to teach children to have a bucket of water, they must have their own tap water. That's the reason.

In this study trip, we learned a lot, and more of it brought me a visual impact. I found that learning can still be like this, and students still have such potential. In the future, I will use my observation and thinking methods one by one to make Joey the next Jiangyan.
