It tells the story of Mario, an Italian boy of 12 years old, boarding a huge ship bound for malta island. On the boat, Mario met a good partner. This girl is about the same age as Mario, but she is a little taller than Mario. After chatting, Mario learned that the girl's name was Clarity. She lost her parents like him and came to go to relatives. Late at night, a terrible storm came. Everything on the deck was swept away, and the bottom of the ship could not stand the wind and waves. It broke, water flooded in, and the ship was about to sink. The passengers panicked and ran to the deck to cry.

Half the passengers jumped on the prepared boat, but there was only one boat, which was full of people. There is only enough room for one child. Clarity and Mario are really going down. At this critical moment, seeing that the boat was getting farther and farther away from the big boat, Mario gave the chance to the girl, and the girl jumped into the boat and was saved. The ship was about to sink, but in the face of death, Mario was calm and happy.
