Xinlian College of Henan Normal University is an ordinary full-time undergraduate college approved by Henan Provincial People's Government and People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry of Education in 2003.

The school has set up 5 1 undergraduate majors and 10 specialist majors, covering eight disciplines such as literature, law, science, engineering, economics, management, teaching and arts, forming a discipline and specialty system with outstanding application, multidisciplinary coordination and unique characteristics.
