Prevention of humeral shaft fracture
This disease is mainly caused by traumatic factors, so we should pay attention to safety at ordinary times. The focus of this disease prevention is to prevent complications. The fracture of the middle and lower humerus is easy to be complicated with radial nerve injury, which needs detailed examination before operation and should be avoided during operation. Different plane fractures have different displacement directions, which must be reduced and fixed according to X-rays. Those with excessive separation of fracture ends are prone to nonunion and pseudarthrosis. After fracture fixation, the upper arm muscles should be relaxed and contracted early, and the shoulder and elbow joints should be moved 2 ~ 3 weeks after injury to prevent joint dysfunction.
