Based on the Opinions on Strengthening Young Pioneers' Ideological and Moral Education and Deepening Experience Education promulgated by the National Young Pioneers Working Committee, and according to the arrangement of school moral education, children are guided to carry out various practical activities. Activities should strengthen the ideological and moral education of children, cultivate their innovative spirit and practical ability, face all students and promote their all-round development. Before the activity, we should make a good plan, make clear the requirements of the activity, design the activity and organize and implement it in a down-to-earth manner in order to achieve the greatest effect of the theme education. The class teacher and students jointly determine the theme of each activity this semester, and organize and guide students to carry out flexible and interesting activities in and out of class, such as theme class activities, campus cultural activities, social practice activities, etc. The Friendship Squadron held some social activities.

2. Create an upward atmosphere

According to the age characteristics of students of all grades, we should strive to create an equal, harmonious and enterprising class atmosphere.

(1) Make a class convention and class spirit, give your class and squad a new name, and write a class song. (2) Arrange the classroom environment. Such as the establishment of "Pocket Book Corner", "Healthy Corner", "Golden Childhood" and "We grew up here".

(3) Let students participate in class management, cultivate students' organizational ability and sense of responsibility, and let each student have a chance of success and a sense of accomplishment. 3, guide the training of small cadres

Small class cadres are the right-hand man of the class teacher. At the same time, we should carefully select and train small cadres. (2), class assessment and appraisal

1. Strengthen daily inspection and evaluation.

On the basis of last semester, this semester will continue to improve the detailed rules for the work assessment of class teachers, continue to carry out various routine inspection and appraisal activities, and announce the inspection results every day. The head teacher should proceed from the class itself, strengthen publicity and mobilization, guide training, pay close attention to all routine work, strive to manage the class actively, scientifically and democratically, and earnestly do a good job in the construction of class spirit and class capacity. At the same time, do a good job in class, team and night classes. And often carry out various lively class activities to make the management of the class teacher's work more rational, standardized and artistic.

Strengthen the inspection and evaluation of teaching routine. This semester, around the idea of "standardizing order" in school work, we will strengthen the inspection of teaching routine, ask the head teacher to assist individual teachers in the publicity, guidance and training of teaching routine, and at the same time link the assessment of the head teacher with the quality of the subject and the qualified rate of Chinese, mathematics and English. The head teacher should organize and coordinate the teachers of all subjects to arrange the personnel and time for make-up rationally, and work hard towards the goal of eliminating the unqualified rate.

On the basis of daily inspection and evaluation, we sum up our achievements every month and evaluate "regular excellent class collective" and "individual advanced class collective". (c) Special education for special students.
