1931September 18 On the night, the Japanese invaders bombed a section of the Nanman Railway near Liutiao Lake in the northern suburb of Shenyang, accusing the China army of destroying the railway and suddenly attacking Peking University Camp and Shenyang City where the Northeast Army was stationed. Within a few days, it invaded more than 20 cities and their surrounding areas, and all three northeastern provinces fell. This was the "September 18th Incident" that shocked China and foreign countries at that time.
