(2) People who have reached the age of 14 but under the age of 16 engage in prostitution, those who have reached the age of 16 but under the age of 18 engage in prostitution for the first time, and those who are forced by life engage in prostitution for the first time. If the circumstances are minor, they shall be detained for less than 5 days or fined for less than 500 yuan; Prostitutes can receive education in accordance with the law, in addition to being punished for public security management;
(3) Persons who have reached the age of 16 but under the age of 18 engage in prostitution for many times, and persons who have reached the age of 18 engage in prostitution for more than two times. And receive education according to law.
Prostitution destroys social atmosphere, which is not allowed by our laws. For this kind of behavior, the police station will generally impose public security punishment after investigation. Once the detention decision is made, the parties concerned are conditionally sent to the detention center for execution or sent to the detention center.
