Our school aims at "cultivating high-quality modern China people", adheres to the educational thought of "education is service", adheres to the scientific education quality view of "education quality = training education quality+subject teaching quality+comprehensive practice quality", and clearly puts forward the educational requirements of "teaching service", "management service" and "caring service". Established the educational goal of "good habits, dignified conduct, profound knowledge, obvious specialties, good cooperation and courage to innovate", and took "being upright and studying hard" as the school motto, continuously deepened the internal system reform of the school and solidly promoted the in-depth implementation of quality education. In the new moral education, on the basis of summing up the new experience of "Three Rounds, Four Qualities and Six Ones" moral education, guided by the new curriculum concept, we constantly optimize the implementation ways of moral education, and build a "four modernizations" moral education system of "curriculum planning, discipline implementation, life experience and student-based evaluation", which enhances the effectiveness of moral education and glows its vitality. In the aspect of classroom teaching improvement, guided by the implementation requirements of the "three links" teaching in the county, the teaching reform was actively promoted, and the classroom teaching mode of "task leading and activity building" was created, which promoted the reform of teachers' teaching methods and students' learning methods, improved the classroom teaching efficiency and greatly improved the teaching quality.
After several years of practical exploration, Jinqiao School has become a school with advanced concept, standardized management, first-class quality and obvious characteristics, and has embarked on a road of reform and development that conforms to the actual situation of the school.
In recent years, more than 100 schools and groups from inside and outside the county have visited and studied in our school. The school has successively hosted the on-the-spot meeting of compulsory education curriculum reform in cities and counties and the on-the-spot meeting of new moral education and moral education innovation in Shandong Province. In 2005, the third issue of Tai 'an Teaching and Research comprehensively introduced our school-running experience in the form of picture books. In 2007, the third and fourth issues of People's Education were published together, which reported the practice and experience of innovative education in our school.
