Lv Xingwei (1918 ~ 2012.07.17), male, from Xinchang, Zhejiang Province, graduated from Teachers College of Zhejiang University, party member. Famous educational thinker and reformer, former member of Shanghai Party Group, deputy director of Education Bureau, and former honorary president of Shanghai Education Association. He has been engaged in primary and secondary education for a long time, studying educational theory, and has written Facing the Future-My View on Education, Notes on Lv Xingwei's 70 Years of Teaching, etc. , edited by History of General Education in Shanghai, Shanghai Education Series, Future-oriented Basic School Series, Five Thousand Years of Chinese Virtue and Five Thousand Years of World Virtue. Lv Xingwei experienced the education in China in the first half of the 20th century and participated in the whole process of the reform and development of basic education in new China.
