Committed to eliminating the situation of "compartmentalization" and "small but complete", realizing the organic combination of compartmentalization, forming a reasonable layout of colleges and universities, optimizing the allocation of educational resources, and rationalizing the relationship between colleges and universities.

Tripartite cooperation among government, universities and society

We are committed to establishing an operational mechanism of "macro-control by the government, active participation by the society and independent running of schools" and rationalizing the relationship between the government and universities.
