Hainan Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as "Haizhiyuan") is an independent public higher vocational college, which was founded in 2000. Selected as the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units and national demonstration vocational colleges in China, located in Haikou City, Hainan Province.
