1, Secretarial Section (Party Committee Office)

(1) is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of bureau organs and the organization and arrangement of important meetings;

(2) Responsible for secretarial, archival, confidentiality, letters and visits, supervision, printing, printing, publicity and other logistical affairs;

(3) Responsible for educational administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation;

2. Personnel Section

(1) Responsible for the deployment, salary, assessment, training, personnel information, file management, teacher qualification identification and political and ideological education of bureau cadres and school staff;

(2) Manage the leading group of the Institute according to the cadre management authority, and inspect the appointment and removal of bureau-level cadres and the Institute;

(3) Participate in staffing management;

(4) Responsible for the management of retired teachers and retired education administrative cadres;

(five) to organize and implement the selection of advanced units and individuals in the local education system;

(6) To assist relevant departments in the daily management of foreign teachers;

(seven) to undertake other matters decided by the Standing Council.

3. Basic Education Section

(1) comprehensively manage the education and teaching of secondary general education, primary education and preschool education;

(2) Participate in the formulation and implementation of the nine-year compulsory education plan; Organize and guide the consolidation and improvement of nine-year compulsory education;

(3) to help popularize twelve-year education;

(4) Organizing and guiding the implementation of national curriculum, the construction of local curriculum and the development of our school's curriculum;

(5) Responsible for the high school and junior high school examinations and enrollment in primary and secondary schools in the whole region;

(six) to guide the moral education, science and technology education, national defense education, school physical education and art education in schools and kindergartens;

(seven) to undertake other matters decided by the Standing Council.

4. Vocational and Adult Education Section

(1) Participate in formulating and organizing the implementation of the development plan of secondary vocational education and adult education in this district, and guide the education and teaching of secondary vocational schools and adult culture and technology schools;

(2) assisting government departments to promote community education;

(3) Responsible for the management of adult education institutions in this area;

(4) to assist the higher authorities in organizing the adult college entrance examination;

(five) to undertake other matters decided by the Standing Council.

5, social forces school management section

(1) Implement the principles and policies of the Party and the state on running schools by social forces;

(two) to draw up the development plan of running schools by social forces in this district, and to examine and approve the institutions running schools by social forces;

(3) To supervise and manage social educational institutions and run schools according to law;

(four) responsible for the annual inspection and financial supervision of social forces running schools;

(5) to assist the relevant departments in the evaluation, evaluation and business guidance of running schools by social forces.
