In order to further strengthen safety education, according to the requirements of the county education bureau, our school launched the "Safety Education Week" from September 8 to September 2, 2004. Focusing on the theme of "strengthening safety awareness and improving the ability to avoid risks", combined with the reality of our school, our school actively organized a series of activities of safety education week in the new semester, which achieved the purpose of accurate arrangement, diverse situations and powerful education, and laid a good foundation for creating a safe education and teaching environment and strengthening students' safety awareness. These activities are summarized as follows:

First, set up a leading group for safety work and attach importance to safety education.

In order to better carry out the "Safety Education Week" activities and strengthen and improve the work, our school set up a safety education leading group, with the principal as the leader, the principal of political work as the deputy leader and the class teacher as the team members, and formulated a detailed and feasible plan to guide the school to carry out a series of safety education activities.

Second, carry out colorful activities and strengthen safety education.

1. Carry out publicity activities in a down-to-earth manner, strive for everyone's participation, give lectures on the theme of "safety education", and ask students to seriously complete a safety operation.

2. Language education under the national flag. On the morning of September 4th, the director of the Political and Educational Affairs Office delivered a speech entitled "Cherish life, safety first" to the teachers and students of the whole school under the national flag. All teachers and students are required to "pay attention to safety, pay attention to safety" and jointly do a good job in safety education management.

3. The school conducted a major investigation of potential safety hazards. During the education week, the school conducted a comprehensive inspection of the campus, and immediately rectified unsafe places to ensure safety first.

4. Hold a class meeting with the theme of safety education. Our school makes full use of the class meeting time and requires the class teacher to carry out safety education with the theme of "safety" from all aspects.

5. Published a blackboard newspaper with the theme of safety education. At the same time as the class meeting was held, the school also made full use of propaganda means to require each class to publish a blackboard newspaper on safety education.

6. Sign a letter of responsibility for safety education, and the principal will sign a letter of responsibility with the head teacher and substitute teacher, with clear responsibilities and division of responsibilities; Schools sign safety responsibility letters with parents and students.

7. Conduct an evacuation drill to further strengthen students' sense of responsibility of "safety is greater than the sky".

8. Carry out a big publicity on cult knowledge, so that students can deeply understand the harm of cults to social stability, family harmony and self-loss, and firmly establish the world outlook, outlook on life and values of "advocating science and opposing superstition".

Third, achieve results.
