Tibet University, located in Lhasa, Xizang Autonomous Region, is a comprehensive university affiliated to Xizang Autonomous Region. It is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Xizang Autonomous Region. It is a national "double first-class" construction university, a key construction university of "2 1 1 Project" and a pilot university of excellent doctoral education and training plan. It was listed in the "Revitalization Plan of Higher Education in the Midwest" and selected as "the first batch of national innovation and entrepreneurship education demonstration universities". Tibet Tibetan Medical University is located in the snowy plateau, the roof of the world and the sunshine city of Lhasa. It is a traditional ethnic medical college integrating medical teaching and scientific research, and the only Tibetan medical college approved by the Ministry of Education. The school has more than 2,300 students, including more than 400 graduate students.
