Article 6 The Adult Education Committee of Shanghai Health System, under the leadership of Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau and Municipal Personnel Bureau, is the authoritative organization for the leadership and quality control of continuing medical education in this Municipality. The secretariat of the Committee is responsible for the daily work.
Adult education institutions at all levels in Shanghai health system are responsible for implementing the plans and requirements of continuing medical education and organizing various activities.
Article 7 The responsibilities of the Adult Education Committee of Shanghai Health System to lead continuing medical education are as follows
(a) to formulate the planning of continuing medical education in this Municipality and put forward specific requirements;
(two) to employ relevant experts to form a discipline group to examine and approve the continuing medical education projects of professional health technicians in the city;
(3) Recommend projects to the National Committee for Continuing Medical Education;
(four) according to the project identification and credit awarding standards formulated by the National Committee for Continuing Medical Education, regularly publish the projects and credits of continuing medical education in this Municipality;
(five) according to the needs of personnel training in the health system, organize bidding for projects or teaching materials;
(six) to inspect, guide and evaluate the work and projects of continuing medical education in this Municipality;
(seven) to organize the publication and distribution of text, audio-visual teaching materials for continuing medical education, and recommend them to the National Committee for Continuing Medical Education;
(eight) to strengthen the management of distance education and promote the extensive and in-depth development of continuing medical education in the whole country and this city;
(nine) responsible for the evaluation and recommendation of the municipal continuing medical education base. The evaluation results shall be used as the basis for approval and publication by the administrative department;
(ten) other related continuing medical education.
Article 8 The health administrative departments of all districts and counties shall, under the leadership of the Adult Education Committee of Shanghai Health System, strengthen the leadership of continuing medical education within their respective jurisdictions, be responsible for implementing the plans and requirements of municipal continuing medical education, and organize various activities. According to the principle of localization, it is responsible for the management of continuing medical education for health professionals and technicians in other industries within its jurisdiction.
Article 9 All units shall provide necessary conditions for health technicians to participate in continuing medical education. Health technical personnel should actively participate in continuing medical education activities, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of continuing medical education, obey the arrangements of their units and accept the assessment. Enjoy the salary, insurance and welfare benefits stipulated by the state and units during the study period. After receiving continuing medical education, health technicians have the obligation to better serve their own units.
Tenth health and personnel administrative departments at all levels should strengthen the leadership of continuing medical education and ensure it from the system.
