Professional and technical personnel receive various forms of continuing education, and the following forms are regarded as full-time learning. The specific form and time are as follows:

(a) Participation in training and research activities;

(two) to participate in academic qualifications, degree education or course study; (After passing the exam, each course will be awarded 15 class hours)

(4) Attending academic conferences; (National academic conference: 6 class hours for accreditation, 5 class hours for papers with less than 2,000 words, and 8 class hours for papers with more than 2,000 words; Provincial class meeting: 5 class hours are recognized, 3 class hours are added for reports and papers with less than 2,000 words, and 5 class hours are added for papers with more than 2,000 words).

(5) Research and project development; (State-level project: the top five members of the main project will be awarded 72, 60, 50, 40 and 36 class hours each year, and the top three members of the sub-project will be awarded 40, 35 and 30 class hours each year; Provincial projects: the top three members of the main project will be awarded 72, 60 and 50 hours per year, and the top three members of the sub-projects will be awarded 30, 25 and 20 hours per year)

(6) Publishing a book (translation) or a paper. (Published works: 5 class hours per 10,000 words; Published papers: 5 hours per thousand words for national journals and 3 hours per thousand words for provincial journals)
