Parents or other guardians of minors should work closely with primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, infant care services and communities, actively participate in the public welfare family education guidance and practical activities provided by them, and jointly promote the healthy growth of minors.

Other family members who live together and have full capacity for civil conduct shall assist and cooperate with the parents or other guardians of minors to carry out family education.
