1, traffic safety online learning exam

(Accumulate 30 minutes of online study within 3 days and pass the exam, and deduct 1 point at one time. )

2, traffic safety field test

(On-site study 1 hour, if you pass the exam, 2 points will be deducted at one time. )

3. Traffic safety public welfare activities

(You don't have to take an exam, you can take an hour at a time, and you will be deducted 1 point at a time).

1. Car owners and drivers who want to learn "learn to reduce points" need to abide by the rules of traffic management 12 123 for learning to reduce points, as follows:

1. Take part in online learning, and learn relevant laws and regulations for 30 minutes in three days, with each learning time not less than 5 minutes. Those who pass the exam will be reduced by 1 point at one time.

2. After on-site study, each study shall be no less than 1 hour, and those who pass the examination shall be deducted 2 points at a time.

3. Take an active part in traffic safety public welfare activities, and deduct one point for each hour.

4, motor vehicle drivers receive education in accordance with the provisions, in line with the conditions of relief, deducted from the driver's cumulative score, the cumulative maximum MINUS 6 points.

Two, but one of the following seven circumstances, will not be accepted:

1. During this scoring cycle, the motor vehicle driver scored full marks for more than two consecutive times, or the cumulative score reached 12;

2. The driver of a motor vehicle has more than two full marks in the latest scoring cycle;

3. In the last three scoring cycles, motor vehicle drivers were punished for escaping after a traffic accident, or driving a motor vehicle after drinking alcohol, or using forged or altered motor vehicle number plates, driving licenses, driver's licenses, school bus signs, or using other motor vehicle number plates, driver's licenses, or buying and selling points;

4. The motor vehicle driver's license is in the internship period, or the motor vehicle driver's license is overdue for verification, or the motor vehicle driver's license is detained or temporarily detained;

5. Motor vehicle drivers have unprocessed traffic violation records;

6. The driver of a motor vehicle has a motor vehicle whose safety technical inspection has expired or whose registration has not been cancelled in accordance with the provisions;

7, motor vehicle drivers to participate in traffic safety education to reduce the road traffic safety illegal score, or motor vehicle drivers in education and certification education study exam score full marks, fraud, impersonation behavior.
