It has always been the expectation of countless families to let children enter the park nearby and enter the quality park, which is related to the vital interests of thousands of families. In recent years, the Party Committee and government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region have attached great importance to the reform and development of preschool education and continuously increased investment. After 10 years of efforts, preschool education has made rapid development.

The data shows that in 2020, the gross enrollment rate of preschool education in Guangxi will reach 9 1%, the coverage rate of inclusive kindergartens will reach 88.82%, and the proportion of children in public kindergartens will reach 52.3%, which are 5.8, 4.08 and 1.3 percentage points higher than the national average respectively, exceeding the national and autonomous region's "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" preschool education development goals and tasks. Compared with 20 15, there will be 3996 public parks in Guangxi in 2020, with an increase of 187%.

This achievement can't be achieved without three measures to develop preschool education in Guangxi:

The first is to solve the "difficult" point of insufficient inclusive resources. Guangxi speeded up the construction of public parks, and awarded 6.5438+0.8 million yuan to 8 million yuan to each newly-built kindergarten according to the scale, which fully mobilized the enthusiasm of city and county governments to develop preschool education.

The second is to get through the "blocking" point of kindergarten governance. Guangxi adheres to the combination of dredging and blocking, classified management, and carries out special rectification of unlicensed parks according to the principle of "allowing one batch, rectifying one batch and banning one batch", and has completed the governance task of 286 1 unlicensed park and achieved the goal of "clearing the unlicensed park". Guangxi set up a working group on the management of urban community supporting kindergartens, and adopted the way of "one park, one thing, one discussion" to promote the rectification, and completed the rectification task of 200 1 urban community supporting kindergartens.

The third is to make up for the shortcomings of preschool teachers. Guangxi organized an audit of teachers in public parks. For public parks with insufficient staffing, the number of teachers employed shall be approved with reference to the Measures for the Administration of Staff Staffing in Primary and Secondary Schools, and the government shall purchase services to solve the problem of insufficient staffing and promote the healthy and sustainable development of kindergartens.
