I cherish this opportunity to go to Guizhou for training and study, and thank the leaders of CCCC Hami Company and CCCC Rong Jian Company for their concern, help and strong support. In this training, a group of 12 people arrived safely in Rongjiang county on the afternoon of August 15, and received 1 day pre-job safety training and skills training; /kloc-on the morning of 0/7, they went to their respective posts to start formal training and study. Personal recent training gains and experience: First, strengthen their professional and technical level and set an example. After more than ten days of training and study, I have a deeper understanding of CCCC, a loving family. After this period of study, I have a basic understanding and mastery of the monitoring system, toll collection system, communication system and tunnel electromechanical system in the expressway electromechanical system, and I have become more and more clear about my post responsibilities. My classmates are studying hard, which makes me feel stressed and afraid of falling behind. Work overtime spontaneously after work every day. The more you learn, the more you find that your knowledge is still scarce, and there are still many places to check. In the future, I will work harder, fully learn and master the knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, constantly improve my professional and technical level, and set an example.
Second, based on their own work, broaden the knowledge of various departments. On the basis of strengthening their own professional and technical study, actively explore and understand the work content of other departments, humbly consult the work system construction and workflow of each department, and carefully record it. Ten days of training time passed in a hurry, and a quarter of the training time passed in a blink of an eye. In these ten days, I have been insecure about the unknown at first, and I also have expectations for new colleagues in the new environment. Now I have become one with my colleagues, fully integrated into this big family and become a member of this family. During these ten days of training, I have only one thought in my heart, from the initial tension to the present calm. Before leaving from Hami Station-Rongjiang County, I was full of expectations and saw many scenery I had never seen before. After ten days of training, I also gained a sense of thinking and responsibility. The purpose of this training is to turn my "novice" who knows nothing into a technical talent who can learn from each other's strengths. The destination of this training and study is Rongjiang County, Guizhou Province, which is one of the 800 states in the south of the Yangtze River and is located in the center of the border of Hunan, Guizhou and Guangxi provinces. Since ancient times, it has been known as "Qiandongnan is the most important place in Miaojiang".
After ten days of theoretical and practical study, I have made new progress in basic knowledge and practical operation, which has enabled me to further understand myself in training and realize the importance and necessity of my responsibility, burden and role.

Second, the harvest is remarkable, and you feel harmonious. From August 17 to August 22nd, we started the next more practical study. I was lucky to be assigned to the "Langdong" toll station. Before I came, I was still thinking about whether the leaders here were good or not, and whether my master had a good temper. But as soon as I got off the bus, I saw the stationmaster personally meet me outside and enthusiastically helped me with my luggage, which made me very embarrassed. The stationmaster helped me run around with great enthusiasm and took care of my life all morning. My previous worries were instantly dispelled. In the afternoon, I met my colleagues from the electromechanical team. They seem to have known me for a long time, without the strangeness and estrangement when they first met, just like friends I haven't seen for a long time, which makes me feel different in my heart.
The next day, I began to familiarize myself with the daily work with the masters. During my work, I explained everything, every piece of equipment and dangerous points in my work without reservation, and it was not the kind of rigid explanation. Just like chatting with friends, I told them that I could understand it better and let me, a "novice" who knows nothing, become a bird that can fly independently as soon as possible.
In the second half of every day, the masters will also tell us about local folk customs and local specialties, not only that, but also let the chefs cook local specialties for us. It's really good.
Third, the leadership cares and organizes. On August 24th, Rongjiang Company took us to a tourist attraction in Guizhou, "Seven Small Paifang Scenic Area", which is known as one of the most beautiful places in China. I can only say that it really lives up to its reputation. There are many wonders such as caves, forests, lakes, waterfalls, rocks and water in the canyon with a width of one kilometer and a length of 12 kilometers. Let our children in Xinjiang feel what a fairyland is, and let us appreciate the great rivers and mountains of the motherland.
In these ten days full of surprises and accidents, I not only learned the basic knowledge, but also experienced the simple local folk customs. The leading colleagues at all levels of Rongjiang Company are enthusiastic and responsible, full of ethnic minority food, and I will never forget that scenery.
