" This tells us that rulers know how to issue government decrees and are good at planning state affairs, and they can only gain a small reputation and cannot stir up the people; Recruiting talents and sympathizing with opponents can inspire people, but it can't educate people. If the rulers want to carry out their ruling thoughts and fully embody them, they must first do a good job in education. This actually reflects the author's value, that is, giving priority to education in a strategic position.

"Xue Ji" further emphasizes the importance of education: "Jade is uncut and abrasive; People don't learn or know. Therefore, the ancient king, the founding resident, put teaching first. " Redemption of Life Day:' Reading begins at the end, learning is the norm', that's what it means! Jade will not become a good jade without carving; People can't know the truth without studying. Therefore, the ancient rulers gave priority to the development of education when building the country and governing the people. Even in Redemption, education has always been in my mind. Education not only has an important influence on people's all-round development, but also the fate of a country depends on education.

(B) "Good metaphor" education methods

1. Features of "Good Metaphor" Teaching Method

Confucius famously said, "If you don't get angry, you will be threatened." It means to inspire students when they are actively thinking about a problem and have not fully figured it out; When students think about a problem, they gain something, but they are not very clear and can't express it. "Xue Ji" pointed out: "The gentleman's teaching is also metaphorical, leading by Tao, restraining by force and flourishing. Tao is harmonious, strong is easy, open is thinking, and thinking is a good metaphor. " Metaphor means inspiration. "Good metaphor" means being good at inspiration.

The teaching method of "good metaphor" includes three points:

The first is Tao and Fu Qian. "Tao" means "guidance", which is required in the teaching process. Teachers play a leading role in guiding students to take the initiative to learn, instead of dragging students' thinking and leading them by the nose.

The second is "strong and restrained." "Strong" means encouraging and urging. It is required to constantly encourage and urge students in the teaching process and give them enough self-confidence. In the process of happy teaching, students feel that I can do my own thing, but I can't suppress students' thinking and hinder development.

The third is "openness and extension". "Open" means "start", which means asking questions; "Arrival" means "visit" and "arrival", which refers to the conclusion and answer of the question. In Song Dynasty, Zhu attached great importance to the teaching method of "good metaphor". He said: "It is also the teacher's credit to guide him." He also said: "The merits of teachers and friends can be demonstrated at first, and finally." Zhu emphasized that the role of teachers lies in Tao and guidance, not traction, which is completely consistent with the view of "Tao leading".
