Disabled students and disabled children from poor families who attend pre-school kindergartens (formal institutions) and full-time primary schools and junior high schools, who really cannot take care of themselves, do not go to school to receive community education and other forms of compulsory education, and the district financial subsidies are per person per academic year 1.500 yuan; Teachers who "send teachers to school" for severely disabled school-age children are subsidized 1000 yuan per academic year for teaching teachers' work subsidies and school tools production;
3. For students with disabilities from non-difficult families who are studying full-time in high schools (technical secondary schools and secondary vocational schools), the district financial subsidy is 1000 yuan per person per academic year; For students with disabilities from poor families and children with disabilities from poor families, the district financial subsidy is per person per academic year 1500 yuan;
4, special school full-time disabled students (with student status), the district finance subsidy of 2000 yuan per person per academic year;
5, full-time college (vocational) students with disabilities from non-difficult families, the district finance subsidy of 3000 yuan per person per academic year; Students with disabilities from poor families and children with disabilities from poor families each receive a district financial subsidy of 4,000 yuan per academic year;
6, accept the national recognition of adult higher education and self-study, in the year of graduation certificate, a one-time financial subsidy of 2500 yuan. After adult education and self-taught candidates apply for graduation, those with the same academic qualifications will no longer enjoy subsidies repeatedly, and those who improve their academic qualifications can apply for subsidies again.

Subsidy method
In order to facilitate families with disabilities to apply for and receive student living allowance, the subsidy funds are allocated to the streets by the District Finance Bureau through the District Disabled Persons' Federation, and the streets and communities (villages) are responsible for the investigation, notification, acceptance and examination, and the subsidy objects are distributed. Details are as follows:
1. Notice of investigation: All street disabled persons' federations and communities (villages) should conduct a comprehensive investigation and registration of all disabled students and children of families with disabled people in difficulties within their jurisdiction, and inform eligible recipients to submit relevant application materials on time and receive subsidies;
2. Application and review: After the start of school in autumn every year, the recipients or their guardians bring disability certificates, ID cards and household registration books, fill in the application form and affix the school seal (high school and college freshmen should bring admission notices and admission notices), and those who belong to difficult families bring relevant documents to the Street Disabled Persons' Federation to truthfully declare; Audited eligible for subsidies, the relevant information of the subsidy object will be filled in the Summary of Living Allowance for Disabled Students and Poor Disabled Children in Longwan District of Wenzhou City;
