Subsidy method

In order to facilitate families with disabilities to apply for and receive student living allowance, the subsidy funds are allocated to the streets by the District Finance Bureau through the District Disabled Persons' Federation, and the streets and communities (villages) are responsible for the investigation, notification, acceptance and examination, and the subsidy objects are distributed. Details are as follows:

1. Notice of investigation: All street disabled persons' federations and communities (villages) should conduct a comprehensive investigation and registration of all disabled students and children of families with disabled people in difficulties within their jurisdiction, and inform eligible recipients to submit relevant application materials on time and receive subsidies;

2.
