According to "Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)" and "Measures for the Administration of Compulsory Education in Yunnan Province", combined with the reality of Chuxiong City, the relevant matters concerning the enrollment of grade one primary school and grade one junior high school in Chuxiong City in 2023 are hereby notified as follows:
Second, the principle of enrollment
(a) Chuxiong city household registration of school-age children and adolescents in accordance with the principle of combining household registration with the actual place of residence, from the nearest or relatively nearby dicing admission.
(2) School-age children and adolescents who are not registered in Chuxiong City are enrolled in accordance with relevant state policies.
Three. Enrollment targets and registration methods
(A) junior high school first-year enrollment
1. Children registered in Chuxiong with their parents or other legal guardians and over 6 years old (born before August 3 17):
(1) If you have a real estate in the urban area of Chuxiong City, you should register with the school in the actual living area with the original and photocopy of the following documents: ① Household registration book; (2) Real estate license or immovable property certificate. The property owner of the real estate license or immovable property certificate must be: father, mother, other legal guardians or one of the students themselves, and all or part of the property rights are jointly owned.
Families with only 1 apartment are not limited by housing area and proportion; If the family owns two or more houses, the proportion of registered houses shall not be less than 50%, the area of houses for parents shall not be less than 60 square meters, and the area of houses for single-parent families shall not be less than 40 square meters.
(2) Tenants who have no real estate in the urban area of Chuxiong City shall register with the school in the actual living area with the original and photocopy of the following documents: ① Household registration book; (2) As of August, 2023, the housing lease contract that has expired for more than 6 months, and the filing form of commercial housing lease in Chuxiong City.
The rented area of two-parent families is not less than 60 square meters (the area is not less than 50 square meters, and it is recognized as an old community for more than 20 years by the housing construction or real estate registration department, subject to the completion date), and the rented area of single-parent families is not less than 40 square meters. 1 suite can only be rented by 1 household; (3) the actual residence certificate issued by the community for 6 months as of August 2023.
