Education must be given priority.

The education plan is introduced as follows:

Education means that when people get rid of the unplanned and unorganized state of carrying out such activities, they separate educational activities from other social activities and divide them into an independent social department, which is carried out by specialized personnel. This kind of activity becomes a career, that is, education.

When educational activities become a cause, there will be perfect organization, activity rules, various system rules, personnel responsibilities, etc., which will make it have organizational rigor, systematic activities, standardized personnel, institutionalized evaluation, orderly time and so on.

Development needs:

Education is the cornerstone of national development, which is related to the prosperity of the nation, the well-being of the people and the future of the country. Education involves thousands of families. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have always attached great importance to the development of education. According to the overall arrangement of the central government and the reality of current education development, it is very necessary to formulate a medium-and long-term education reform and development plan.

This is the first education plan in China since the beginning of 2 1 century. It is of great significance to formulate a plan that satisfies the people and conforms to China's national conditions and the characteristics of the times.

Continuing education:

First, about compulsory education. It is necessary to find out the crux of the uneven distribution of quality education resources in compulsory education and put forward ideas and measures to solve the problem.

Education equity means that everyone has the opportunity to go to school. It must be noted that we should pay attention to the fairness of educational resources, but we should not make the school uniform and have its own characteristics and styles. As far as compulsory education is concerned, I understand that it is not only a question of freedom, but also has the meaning of obligation from the perspective of sociology and pedagogy, that is, it is institutional.

Second, about rural education. To solve the problem of rural education, we must improve the teaching conditions in rural areas, including school buildings, equipment and distance education. All school buildings should be built in the safest place, that is, the place where people, parents and students are most at ease.

Third, about vocational education. In the whole educational structure and layout, vocational education must be placed in a more prominent and important position. It should be noted that the scale and subject setting of vocational education need to be consistent with social needs.
