The Ministry of Education of China officially promulgated the guide for 3-6 years old, 20 12 10 10. In order to thoroughly implement the Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (20 10-2020) and the State Council's Opinions on Developing Preschool Education at Present (Guo Fa [20/KLOC-0] No.41), guide kindergartens and families to implement scientific conservation and education, and promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of children's body and mind.

Legal basis:

Article 2 of the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing aims at laying a good quality foundation for children's follow-up study and lifelong development, focusing on promoting the comprehensive and coordinated development of children's body, intelligence, morality and beauty, helping kindergarten teachers and parents understand the basic laws and characteristics of children's learning and development at all ages of 3-6, establishing reasonable expectations for children's development, and implementing scientific conservation and education.
