Tacoma Community College: Providing Excellent Educational Experience for Students
Tacoma Community College is a two-year public college with a long history. Since the establishment of 1965, it has been committed to providing excellent educational experience for students. We offer university transfer courses and English Language Learning (EAP) to open the door to success for students. At present, the college has 9,000 students, including 300 international students from 30 countries around the world.

English language learning course

The English language learning course in Tacoma Community College is designed for students who want to improve their English and get a college diploma. You can join our language course without providing TOEFL scores. If students have reached the English level of TOEFL 6 1 IELTS 6, they will have a greater chance to enter university courses directly.

Six stages of learning content

Our language course covers six stages, from reading and writing, grammar and oral English, dialogue and pronunciation to American culture, aiming at improving students' English application ability in an all-round way.

Admission requirements

Age: 16 years old or above; Education background: I finished my senior one studies in my country; English score: TOEFL 61173/500 or IELTS 5.5; Proof of high school report card (English).
