Five Narrative Stories about Primary Education
Narration is the basic expression of human thoughts and feelings. The narrative method is applied to educational life to form educational narrative. Educational narrative has developed rapidly since it was introduced into China for more than ten years. Many scholars have written papers and works related to educational narrative, and teachers in the front line of education have also published educational narrative articles. This article is a narrative story of primary education compiled by me for your reference only.

Narrative story 1 of primary education: After the mid-term exam of senior one last semester, I found that there were several children with poor academic performance in our class. These children really have no problem and are helpless. How can I put it? I found that these children are still very serious at ordinary times. They are not very good at gossiping in class and even raise their hands to speak. But when they copy new words and listen to sketches, they will definitely make 2-5 mistakes in 6-8 new words; When writing homework, they may forget all the new words they have learned, that is, they must open the book and copy it, and finish the homework through repeated revisions. The point is that it is difficult for them to write the words correctly, remember.

The mid-term exam of senior one is the first formal exam for children, but the results of these children really make it difficult for us to face at the parent-teacher meeting and parents to face it. For this reason, I thought about it, so at the parent-teacher meeting, I deliberately took out the students' test papers for analysis, analyzed and understood the situation when the children did the questions with parents, and knew the children's shortcomings, so as to know what aspects the children need to strengthen in the future. I took the opportunity to analyze these children's papers. One of them, Xue, has good thinking ability. He can also raise his hand and answer correctly in class. He can't write some written answers, and all questions are answered with pictures, and the pictures are correct. But after all, we are from China and need to express them in words, so we will deduct points, but it can also prove that he just wants to strengthen the study of language and characters and strengthen the accumulation of words ... This parent is relieved after listening to my analysis, so that parents can see that there is still hope for their children. ...

The other child can't write. His name is Huang Zedong. He can't remember words either. For half a semester, simple words and pinyin were hard to recognize, but he was still very quiet in class. He can raise his hand, but he just stands up and can't speak. Facing this child, our teacher is also very worried about him. He needs to read more, remember more and recognize more. First, he needs to learn to remember something by himself. He needs an adult to take him in ... he wants to study, which is very valuable. Our teachers and parents should encourage him, help him, understand him and tolerate him. We must believe that he will be enlightened one day. I will communicate with my parents in this way at the parent-teacher conference.

Facts have indeed proved my words. Until today, last semester of Senior Two, I have already felt his progress. His handwriting is more correct and beautiful. I really cheer for him and am happy for him. The child's parents have been working hard to encourage and help him.

I told the whole class that what we need most is a correct learning attitude. As long as you study hard, listen carefully in class and finish your homework carefully, the teacher will never blame you for your poor grades.

It is a persistent task for teachers to do a good job in transforming underachievers. This requires careful observation, analysis, discussion and encouragement from teachers. Teachers should correctly guide our parents, form a joint force with parents, and let children make progress step by step.

Narrative story 2 of primary education: I once remembered that when I was teaching Simple Algorithm of Addition and Subtraction, I created the following situations: I chose the best and worst math students in my class to have an oral contest, and the two groups of topics were as follows:

Eugenics: 324+ 198 5968—3999 396+498.

Poor students: 324+200 5968—4000 400+500

The result of the game is of course the winner with poor grades. Suddenly, the whole class raised their hands to express their meaning from incomprehension to enthusiasm. "Anger" is unfair in the competition: of course, it is easier to add and subtract whole hundred and whole thousand in two groups of questions.

The development of the course is as smooth as the design, but the performance of the students in the competition still makes me uneasy: two excellent students cried sadly and didn't express any opinions, while two poor students performed the same thing with a little pride in their eyes but no smile on their faces. I still remember their "honor and disgrace". Isn't that what many great men pursue?

When the students were doing their homework, I immediately called "Eugenics" and gave him a brief explanation. After class, I apologized to the students and focused on helping to analyze the reasons for crying. I hope he will become strong and calm when he encounters difficulties. As for the poor student, I asked him why he was unhappy to win. I praised his progress and encouraged him to continue his efforts. At that time, I saw his happy smile

Narrative story 3 of primary education: Some people say that teachers are the most beautiful profession in the world and education is the most beautiful profession in the world. As a teacher, I have been thinking about why it is "the most beautiful" and "the most beautiful". Now that I think about it, I finally came up with the result. Perhaps the teacher is the most beautiful, but as a teacher, I am "ugly" and "beautiful".

As teachers, we have been educating students not to use foul language, not to hit students, not to scold others, but we don't know that we are educating them to use foul language, hit people and swear. I remember once going to Class Two (2), I happened to see _ _ doing a math problem, which was obviously simple, but he did it wrong. Now I say silly boy, how can it be wrong? Maybe I was just careless at the time, just kidding. Later, when I went to their class again, I heard people calling me a silly boy, and I did it when there was nothing you could do. Later, when I asked, I realized that my unintentional words were heard by my classmates, and then they went to study. To tell you the truth, I'm a little glad I didn't say anything ugly, such as "how stupid your parents gave birth to you". Only then did I realize how much attention should be paid to the teacher's words and deeds, and realized that perhaps an unintentional word would bring such consequences, which made me start to care about my words. Another time, when I went to class, others were drawing seriously, but some students couldn't calm down, so that other students couldn't draw well. _ _ _ is one of them. I told him several times not to make noise, but he just wouldn't listen. I was really angry, so I took a ruler to scare him, but I didn't know if the child was used to it or something, so I reached out. To be honest, I suddenly don't know what to do. I suddenly feel a little sorry for them. What made them used to saying something understated? Now that I think about it, I have been a teacher for less than a year, and there have been many such things. As a teacher, I don't know how many "role models" I have set and how many "good students" I have taught. To tell the truth, I feel a little ashamed and uncomfortable, which is also where I feel ugly.

In this year, I think the best thing I did as a teacher was to get the students' "thanks". No matter what I do, I will say thank you. Maybe I am used to saying "thank you", but when I hear "thank you", I realize that students are so happy to say thank you. There was a student _ _, a naughty boy, whose grades were not very good. Over time, I gave him up, but such a child said "thank you" to me. He scored more than 60 points in that exam, which was very poor in our class. To tell the truth, I don't care much about his grades, because I am used to his poor grades, but he stopped me after class. He smiled and said to me, "Thank you, Miss Wang. This is my first time to pass the math exam." I was a little at a loss and I don't remember how I answered him at that time, but what I remember is that it was the first time.

And I think I will always keep this "thank you" in mind. I will always be a teacher who lets students learn to thank, and I will also reflect on my words and deeds and strive to be a teacher with "personality charm" worth learning.

Finally, I hope you can forgive me as an "ugly" teacher and like me as a "beautiful" teacher.

Narrative Story 4 of Primary Education: All children should grow up, except Yang Zhe. When I first took this course, it was the second semester of Senior Two. In a composition class, I asked students to write a composition about their mother. Yang Zhe leaned against the table behind him and said with a smile, "I, I don't have a mother!" " A boy next to him echoed: "Teacher, his mother left him and ran away." Oh! Poor kid. But he smiled and told me as if nothing had happened. The smiling face of that child just now was so impure, vaguely, I felt a trace of sadness. I am determined to approach the boy.

Later, I learned that Yang Zhe's father was a "cheating father" and his mother was proud. She couldn't stand living with such a pedantic and cowardly person, so she divorced and left home. Yang Zhe, who lacks maternal love, is always much younger than other children of the same age in psychological age, and she is often at a loss when she meets anything. The Chinese class was over that day, and I walked to the office with my textbook in my arms. Yang Zhe wordlessly followed me. As soon as I turned around, he came over with wet tears in his eyes and said timidly, "Teacher, starting from tomorrow, my father will work the night shift, so I can't write my diary well." Oh! It turns out that I gave the teacher a "vaccination" in advance, for fear that I would be trained if I couldn't write a diary well.

"Oh, I think this is a good opportunity for Yang Zhe to stand on its own feet. Keeping a diary is the best as long as you write down what you want to say! The teacher believes you. " Then I bent down and patted him on the shoulder. He wiped his eyes and turned and walked back to the classroom. I have kept a diary for several days, which is obviously not as full as my father's counseling, but there is another progress. I have more ideas and less understanding of my father.

Peter Pan entered the reading class in the last semester of Grade Three. After reading it, the students discussed who is the little "Peter Pan" in the class. At the same time, several students linked Yang Zhe, who has poor self-care ability and always relies on him, with Peter Pan in their compositions. Yang Zhe also wrote in a crooked way: "I wish I were Peter Pan! You don't have to go to school every day, but you can also find a mother who can tell stories like Wendy on Neverland. A carefree life like a house! " He is much like the child who is always sad in this novel. He refused to grow up, but how is that possible? People should grow up in harmonious symbiosis and integrate into society. I wrote in my comments: "A child who doesn't grow up will always be a small sapling. Without lush foliage, you will never get out of the shade. When you grow up, it will be fine when you grow up. If a towering tree is generated, birds will be more willing to get close to you! " In this way, I often pile up some similar sentences in his diary, just to wake up his naive heart that wants to "run away from home".

One day soon, Yang Zhe caught up with me after cleaning the wall, holding a "kissing" jelly in his little hand. As soon as I turned around, he put this jelly with body temperature into my hand and ran away shyly. I remembered an educator Tao Xingzhi once said: "We should understand children. Never underestimate the feelings of children! Because of the generosity of Che Wang, who donated 10 million yuan, he gave you a piece of candy. Letting the kite fly is the same as the failure of the seven Berlin spacecraft. " I can't tell you how touched I am.

In the days to come, we have a better understanding. From time to time, we put some things into each other's hands, a small piece of paper, a lollipop and a children's book ... Yang Zhe is changing-he can understand the text "Out of Water", and his pen can get "Duck Eggs with Fried Noodles" in red strokes, and his ideas are getting more and more ... I enjoy it silently.

Narrative story 5 of primary education: Primary mathematics teaching pays attention to students' learning process, respects students' needs and protects students' self-esteem and self-confidence. It is necessary to create a relaxed and harmonious learning environment for students and use flexible methods to adapt to students' reality and learning requirements. Teachers should study students' learning interests and favorite activities to stimulate students' learning motivation. Return the classroom to the students, build a display platform for them, and let them actively participate in the classroom.

According to my current teaching situation, I haven't done enough. The reason is:

1, students dare not let go of the initiative in learning.

2. My teaching concept is not up to date.

3. Students' activities are not enough.

4. Students' independent participation and active learning are not enough.

Let's talk about my own experience in teaching parallelogram area in the fifth grade of primary school: previous teaching methods.

1, review the area formula of the rectangle.

2. Practice rectangular areas.

3. The teacher demonstrated the process of changing a parallelogram into a rectangle.

4. Instruct students to deduce the parallelogram area formula.

5. Practice the area formula.

The above methods think that the teaching process is clear, the explanation is clear and the classroom is full. Through reflective learning, I know that my teaching thought is a bit old-fashioned and not open. Classroom only teaches students knowledge, not how to acquire it. The ability of students has not been developed.

Then I want to teach the area of parallelogram from the following aspects.

1, reflecting students' active participation and returning the class to students. Students prepare parallelograms of different sizes, use their own hands and brains, and try their best to cut parallelograms into rectangles.

2. Deepen students' impression and show the process of cutting parallelogram into rectangle with animation courseware.

3. Cultivate students' ability of cooperative learning and exploring methods. Let students observe and communicate the relationship between the length of parallelogram and the length of rectangle, the height of parallelogram and the width of rectangle. Thus the area formula of parallelogram is derived.

4. Use teaching means and methods to deepen students' practice of acquiring knowledge.

Teachers do not teach for the sake of teaching students, nor do they instill knowledge into students; Instead, we should strive to cultivate students' independent participation and development ability, return the autonomy of the classroom to students, let students have enough space to show themselves and build a platform for students to develop their abilities. Develop good study habits of self-study and continuous exploration. Let students discover the mathematics around them, let students learn useful mathematics and learn to use mathematics.
