Master of Buddhism in Long Lian
Immediately after becoming a monk, he was appointed as a Buddhist teacher by Chengdu Lianzong Women's Hospital (located in Tiexiang Temple) to teach Buddhist classics and train Buddhist disciples. Master Long Lian said, "I am destined to be a chalk career." She has taught Buddhist disciples for decades, and is the first Buddhist educator in the history of modern Bhikuni in China. 1984, Sichuan Illuminati Buddhist College, the only state-level school in China to train female Buddhist disciples, was established, with Master Long Lian as the dean. With the spirit of being born, she carried out Buddhist education after joining the WTO, and carried forward the patriotic love and selfless dedication of "human Buddhism". I don't know how hard she worked.

Master Long Lian said: "Buddhist culture is profound and profound. In the past, some monks practiced for their beliefs, and more poor people took refuge in the mountain gate and became monks and nuns, with little culture. Nowadays, with the development of society, Buddhism is not only a religious belief, but also developed as a culture. China's preaching and teaching went into the room and was included in the national school enrollment sequence. It is a great cause to train a generation of Buddhists with high culture for Buddhism in China. " When teaching Buddhism, she emphasized that Buddhists should love their motherland. She said: "Buddhist spirit is beneficial to all beings, so you should forget yourself and make contributions." In the lecture hall, she personally wrote a couplet: "Self-help helps others to learn three things, patriotism and love to teach repay four kindness." "Three learning" means abstinence, determination and wisdom; "Four Kindnesses" is to repay the kindness of the country, the public, parents and teachers. This is her educational thought and a kind of punishment for students.

Professional setting of Buddhist College: divided into four classes, each class lasts for three years, totaling 12 years. That is, training classes, intermediate classes, professional classes and postgraduate classes, each lasting for three years. Hire eminent monks to teach Buddhist scriptures, and employ Chinese and English teachers as general culture classes in Buddhist colleges.

Master Long Lian's dream is coming true. At present, three professional students have graduated, all of whom have reached the university education level and are familiar with Buddhism. Now, these students have returned to famous mountain temples or local Buddhist associations and become female Buddhists with formal higher Buddhist education in contemporary China. They play an important role as messengers of Buddhist cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries; Some excellent students continue their studies and take postgraduate exams. Master Long Lian is rigorous in his studies and teaches by example. She combined the precepts, determination and wisdom of Buddhism and tirelessly educated her disciples. She gives lectures at Aidaotang and Tiexiang Temple every week. She has classes almost every day, often for half a day, but she is not tired. Mysterious and ingenious, easy to understand and fascinating. She pays attention to integrating theory with practice. For example, when there was a flood in Anhui, Master Longlian's Aidaotang and monks donated money for disaster relief. Master Longlian lived in Aidaotang in the city, but on holidays, she always went back to Tiexiang Temple, which is far away from the city, to spend the New Year with the students. In her spare time, she guides her disciples to learn calligraphy hand in hand. She corrects her disciples' papers, homework and classics every day until late at night.

She strictly abides by the school rules of the Buddhist College. Zhongni people get up at five o'clock every day, sweep the yard, have morning classes, recite at night, read classics, plant trees and flowers, and live a light and regular life. She praised her disciples and said, "My students are honest, self-respecting, practicing according to law, kind-hearted and eager to learn, which is the hope of carrying forward Buddhist culture."
