This is an important measure to adapt to the challenge of China's entry into WTO, strengthen the honesty education of college students and ensure the smooth development of national student loans, thus becoming the first university in China to conduct honesty education and honesty supervision for students in the form of archives. The contents of college students' credit files include the letter of commitment, students' personal basic situation, moral description, academic performance, health status, economic status, credit records and so on. Among them, credit records are the focus of college students' credit files, which mainly examine students' repayment of national student loans, payment of tuition and miscellaneous fees, violation of school rules and regulations, work-study programs, and commitment to responsibilities and obligations during their school days. Supervision is the most important function of integrity files. The school will dynamically manage students according to the recorded economic situation. When students receive a certain number of scholarships and work-study programs, the school will advise students to repay in advance; In the credit record, if students have bad conduct or above and have disgraceful records, they will not get interest-free loans from the school and the state. In addition, our school will also manage the integrity files by computer, which will be linked to the graduation recommendation of students. At present, our school will first establish a credit file for each student who applies for a national student loan. All the contents of the integrity file are records of students' performance during their school days. As soon as the students get the files, they should sign the letter of commitment for honest college students and establish the concept of honesty. The whole process of filing is also a process of students' continuous participation. In this process, the instructor will guide students to adjust their behavior and cultivate a sense of integrity.
