Article 2 The full name of the school is University of Science and Technology Beijing. It is a national public full-time ordinary university, a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, one of the first universities in China to formally establish a graduate school, and selected as a national "double-class" construction university.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 6 The undergraduate enrollment institution of University of Science and Technology Beijing consists of the undergraduate enrollment leading group, the undergraduate enrollment working committee and the enrollment and employment office. The leading group of undergraduate enrollment is the highest decision-making body, which leads the enrollment of undergraduate students in the school in a unified way; The Undergraduate Admissions Committee performs consulting and supervision functions in formulating school enrollment plans, determining enrollment policies and rules, and deciding on major enrollment matters; The Admissions and Employment Office is the implementing agency.

Article 7 The Admissions and Employment Office of University of Science and Technology Beijing, as the permanent working body of the school, is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment. Its duties are:

1. Strictly implement the policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment and the supplementary provisions and implementation rules of the admissions committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities);

2 in accordance with the annual enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the relevant provisions of the preparation of sub regional and sub professional enrollment source plan, the development of school enrollment regulations;

3. Organize special types of entrance examinations, identify and deal with illegal candidates according to the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and report the facts of violations to the provincial entrance examination institutions where the students are located;

4. Organize enrollment publicity and consulting services, and set up enrollment publicity groups in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) as needed to introduce the school situation and enrollment policies to candidates and parents;

5. Complete undergraduate enrollment objectively and fairly, and be responsible for coordinating and handling various problems encountered in enrollment;

6. Fulfill the corresponding responsibilities of college enrollment information disclosure;

7. Cooperate with the relevant departments of the school to carry out the qualification examination for freshmen and the qualification examination for admission;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the education authorities and schools.

Article 8 The enrollment work of University of Science and Technology Beijing is conducted under the supervision of the school discipline inspection commission, and is subject to the supervision of candidates, parents, the media and all sectors of society.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 9 University of Science and Technology Beijing recruits students for the whole country. According to the relevant requirements of the enrollment plan of the Ministry of Education and the actual situation of the school, the enrollment plan of the school is determined scientifically and reasonably, taking into account the factors such as the number of candidates in each province (autonomous region and municipality), the quality of students, the demand trend of economic and social development, the employment situation of graduates, and the recognition of candidates in various schools. The annual enrollment plan, provincial enrollment plan and elective subjects shall be subject to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and provincial enrollment examination institutions.

The school reservation plan does not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plan, which is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of students on the local unified examination line and solve the enrollment of candidates with the same score.

Chapter IV Enrollment Types and Admission Principles

Article 10 Under the unified leadership of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment of schools shall be conducted under the organization of provincial enrollment examination institutions in accordance with the principle of "schools are responsible for enrollment and supervision".

Article 11 Undergraduate enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities includes ordinary classes, national special programs, special programs in colleges and universities, students recommended by some foreign language middle schools, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, art classes, high school classes in Tibet in the Mainland, high school classes in Xinjiang in the Mainland, preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan jointly enrolled in ordinary colleges and universities.

Article 12 Access principle

1. According to the students' situation, determine the proportion of filing. For batches that are submitted by parallel volunteer, the proportion of submission shall be controlled within 105% in principle; For the batch of sequential voluntary reporting, the reporting proportion shall be controlled within 120% in principle.

Candidates who enjoy the bonus policy will be given extra points to file and arrange majors according to the provisions of the provincial entrance examination institutions (the maximum bonus points will not exceed 20 points). All college entrance examination plus points and scores shall not be used for enrollment projects that do not arrange provincial enrollment plans.

There is no difference in professional level when determining the admission major.

2. The professional volunteers reported by the candidates for the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination must meet the requirements of the subjects selected by our school in 2022.

3. Candidates who volunteer to fill in the provinces according to their majors (categories) will be admitted directly to their volunteer majors (categories) after reaching the score line.

4. Candidates who volunteer to fill in the provinces according to the professional groups of schools or colleges, pass the ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination, and meet the requirements of the University of Science and Technology Beijing, queue up according to the results of the filing, and enroll from high scores to low scores according to the enrollment plans of various majors. When the filing results are the same, if the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have clear sorting rules, the sorting rules of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) shall be implemented; If provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) do not have clear sorting rules for the same score, candidates with high scores in related subjects will be given priority in turn, and the comparison order of scores in related subjects: candidates in literature and history will compare Chinese, literature, foreign languages and mathematics in turn; Science and engineering candidates compare mathematics, science, Chinese and foreign languages in turn; Regardless of the provinces of arts and sciences, candidates compare the total scores of mathematics, Chinese, foreign languages and selected exams in turn.

5. Implement the "Mingfen" admission rules of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

6. According to the batch of volunteers, the first volunteer candidates are insufficient, and non-first volunteer candidates can be admitted. If the number of qualified non-first volunteer candidates is still insufficient, recruitment shall be conducted according to the arrangements of the corresponding provinces. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished plans will also be collected according to the arrangement of the corresponding provinces. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

7. About retirement.

For the batch of parallel volunteer investment, if the candidates are subject to professional adjustment and pass the physical examination, the school will not withdraw the file after the investment. Candidates who do not obey the professional adjustment, and the reported professional volunteers have been fully recorded, will be dismissed.

For the batch of sequential volunteering, when the candidates' professional volunteers cannot be fully satisfied, if the candidates obey the professional adjustment and pass the physical examination, the school will adjust them to other majors according to the actual situation; If other majors are full or candidates do not obey the professional adjustment, they will be dismissed.

8. Foreign language and literature majors (including English, Japanese and German) only recruit candidates whose foreign language is English. The foreign language used in teaching and training of other majors is generally English, and candidates in non-English languages carefully fill in their volunteers.

9. At the time of admission, there is no distinction between previous students and current students; There is no limit to the ratio of male to female students.

10. Some foreign language middle schools in our school recommend students to walk, special students in colleges and universities, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, art classes and other special types of enrollment in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and relevant general rules and measures of our school.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Thirteenth freshmen, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the school entrance qualification examination and examination. Students who fail to pass the examination or review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the enrollment work.

Fourteenth schools charge tuition and accommodation fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the standards approved by the Beijing Municipal Price Bureau. In 2022, the tuition standard of all majors in the school is: visual communication design major (art) 1 10,000 yuan/academic year, and other majors are 5,000 yuan/academic year. Article 18 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the original enrollment articles shall be abolished at the same time. When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail.
