Legal analysis: Staged education divides the whole process of education correction into three stages: corrective education, regular education and corrective education, according to the psychological and behavioral characteristics of community correction objects and the changing law of their needs in the process of receiving corrective education, combined with the setting of the staged goals of education correction. The educational correction activities carried out by the community correction object one month or two months after receiving community correction are corrective education. If the correction period is less than half a year, the correction education will last for one month; If the correction period exceeds half a year, the correction education time is two months. The educational correction activities carried out one month before the end of corrective education and the expiration of the correction period are regular education. The educational correction activities carried out in the last month after the expiration of the correction period are corrective education. (1) Rehabilitation education. 1. Work objective: to help the community correction subjects plead guilty to the law, be familiar with the regulations on supervision and education of community correction, and consciously obey the supervision and education. 2. Educational content: (1) The concept, purpose and significance of community correction; (2) Community correction system and related policies; (3) the rights and obligations of the community correction object; (4) Situation, policies, laws and regulations, and frank education. (2) Regular education 1. Work objectives: to correct the bad psychological habits and behavior habits of the community correction objects, cultivate healthy personality, enhance the awareness of law-abiding, and improve moral cultivation, educational level and labor skills. 2. Education content: education on situation and policy, patriotism, legal system, mental health, culture, vocational skills training and labor formation. (3) reeducation through labor 1. Work objectives: Consolidate the achievements of community correction education, enhance the self-discipline awareness and law-abiding concept of community correction objects, and further lay a solid foundation for being a good law-abiding citizen. 2. Education content: instruct the community correction object to comprehensively review and summarize the transformation process, affirm the achievements, find out the deficiencies, and make mental and psychological preparations for lifting the correction.

Legal basis: Article 8 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Community Correction Law. The judicial administrative department of the State Council is in charge of community correction throughout the country. The judicial administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall be in charge of the community correction work within its administrative area. The people's courts, people's procuratorates, public security organs and other relevant departments shall, according to their respective duties, do a good job in community correction according to law. The people's procuratorate shall exercise legal supervision over the community correction work according to law. Local people's governments shall set up community correction committees as needed to coordinate and guide the community correction work within their respective administrative areas.
