I. Working procedures

Third, the recruitment target and application conditions

(1) Recruitment Target

Full-time technical secondary school graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications should be previous graduates.

(2) Application conditions

Four, registration, qualification examination and bonus policy

(2) written examination

The lowest total score of Zhenfeng Middle School is 60 points (including 60 points). Those with a score below 60 can't take the physical examination.

Sixth, physical examination

The physical examination was conducted in the hospital designated by the recruitment office of county institutions. According to the lowest score of classified positions, the number of planned recruitment positions is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 according to the total score of candidates from high to low, and those who do not participate in the medical examination are regarded as giving up automatically. If the number of qualified people in physical examination does not reach the planned recruitment number, they will be replenished from high to low according to the total score within the specified minimum score. If the candidate's total score is tied for the bottom, another medical examiner will be selected.

Candidates who have doubts about the medical examination results may apply for a second interview within three days after the notification of the medical examination results. Those who apply for review within the time limit will not be accepted. Each candidate only applies for a physical examination review. The review shall be organized and implemented by the county recruitment leading group office, and carried out in the designated upper-level hospital. All expenses required for physical examination (reexamination) shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Seven. survey

Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation. The inspection work is uniformly deployed by the recruitment office of county institutions, and the recruitment unit is responsible for the implementation. The contents of the investigation mainly include the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and whether they need to be avoided. During the inspection, it is necessary to further verify whether the candidates meet the prescribed qualifications and confirm whether the information and materials submitted at the time of registration are true and accurate. An investigation team shall be formed, consisting of more than two people. The investigation team shall listen to opinions extensively, be comprehensive, objective and fair, and truthfully write written investigation materials. Submit the written investigation materials to the recruitment office of county institutions within the specified time. If the inspection is unqualified, the medical examiner will not be replaced.

If one of the following circumstances is found during the inspection, it shall be deemed as unqualified, and the employer shall report to the recruitment office of the county institution for examination and approval, and cancel the proposed employment qualification:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been reeducated through labor;

2. People who have been expelled from public office;

3. Persons who have been punished by party discipline and political discipline for corruption, bribery and disclosure of state secrets;

4. Non-junior college graduates or above who are studying;

5. Failing to provide graduation certificate before August 30, 20 12;

6. There is no investigation basis (graduate file) or providing false certification materials when registering;

7. Organizational discipline is lax, unreasonable in the recruitment process, cheating in the exam, and practicing favoritism;

8. Persons who do not meet the qualifications required for the recruitment position;

9. Other circumstances that cannot be employed shall be determined by the recruitment office of the county institution.

Eight, publicity and employment approval

(1) Those who pass the written examination, physical examination and inspection are determined to be the persons to be hired, and the recruitment office of the county institution will publicize them on the bulletin board of Zhenfeng County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for seven days and accept social supervision. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the county and institution recruitment leading group will study and decide, report to the county government for approval, fill in the Approval Form for Absorption (Employment), and report it to the State Department of Human Resources and Social Security for approval, and the county human resources and social security bureau will hire it. If there are serious problems and there is evidence, they will not be hired; To reflect the serious problem, but it is difficult to verify, suspend employment, and then decide whether to hire after verification and conclusion.

(two) the new recruits to implement a one-year probation system, the probation period is included in the employment contract period. The employed personnel must sign an employment contract with the employing unit for more than 3 years (including probation period 1 year), and if they are unwilling to sign an employment contract or refuse to report to the employing unit within the specified time, their employment qualification will be cancelled. Employees shall not apply for transfer within 3 years.

Nine. Discipline supervision

Recruitment work is carried out in strict accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, adhering to the "three openness" system of open application conditions, open examination procedures and open examination results, and accepting the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments and all sectors of society. Examination applicants should be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the "recruitment plan" qualification examination, it is strictly forbidden to relax the examination conditions and standards, and resolutely put an end to fraud, malpractice and other undesirable phenomena. Personnel engaged in employment should take the initiative to avoid. If the staff violates the regulations or practices fraud, once verified, they will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations. Candidates who violate the employment discipline shall be criticized and educated according to the seriousness of the case, and their qualifications for examination, inspection and physical examination shall be cancelled, and they shall not be employed or their qualifications for employment shall be cancelled. Among them, those who seriously violate the discipline of examination and employment, such as fraud, may not participate in recruitment within 5 years. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

The discipline inspection and supervision department mainly performs its duties: participating in and supervising the whole recruitment process, supervising the examination papers, and participating in the statistical verification of candidates' scores. All examination materials are sealed on the spot by the discipline inspection and supervision department and kept in the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

X. Matters not covered in this recruitment work shall be decided by the recruitment leading group of county institutions.
