In getting along with students, in ordinary dribs and drabs, at this moment, I really seem to lack that "mouse in the wastebasket". On weekdays, there are two kinds of students who are more likely to enter the teacher's sight, the top students and the poor students, while the students with intermediate grades may be easily ignored by our teachers because they are too ordinary, ordinary and quiet. Therefore, they are not very confident. As time goes on, we need this "mouse in the wastebasket" more and more.
In the past, many students found me because they were not confident, but they were always distressed because they could not find a suitable and useful method. In retrospect, many times, they can be said to have tried their best, but they always unconsciously tell students in theory to make them understand some truth. They often ignore this "mouse in the wastebasket" and neglect to create corresponding situations for children, so that they can find the feeling that they are needed and I can do it. I think of a sentence from teacher Zhu Yongxin, which seems to be like this: Say you can, you can, you can't; Say you can't, you can't, you can't. It really makes sense to think again. The teacher said to the students, "Say you can do it, and you can do it." First of all, let students lay an important psychological premise for building self-confidence, and then in the created situation, let students really get the joy and sense of accomplishment of "I can do it". In this way, self-confidence may naturally ignite in students' hearts.
