In my opinion, the teaching method of educating junior students is: 1, praise more and criticize less. Teachers should treat each student with appreciation and find the bright spot of each student.

2, persuasive, patient and meticulous, tireless, the teacher is willing to spend time and energy in the lower grades.

3. Use multimedia, electronic blackboard and other advanced means to stimulate the senses of junior students and let them learn knowledge in a relaxed and happy environment.
