In recent ten years, the memorial hall of Huang Jiguang was established to commemorate the martyr Huang Jiguang, a "superhero" in Chinese people's Volunteer Army. Located at the foot of Kuishan Mountain in the lower section of Donghe Road, Kaijiang Town, Zhongjiang County, Deyang City, Sichuan Province, it covers an area of10.6 million square meters and consists of memorial scenic spots, exhibition areas and office service areas. The museum is a national patriotic education demonstration base and a patriotic education base in Sichuan Province.

Huang Jiguang is from Zhongjiang County, Sichuan Province. 193 1 was born in a poor peasant family.
