Beijing Yuan Bo Education and its affiliated kindergartens adopt the management mode of independent operation and the support of the comprehensive department. Every director has the right to independently manage and operate the kindergarten. The expert group at headquarters is responsible for regulating and managing the operation of kindergartens, including the overall image, teaching system, marketing planning, internal management, teacher training, etc., and providing unified support.

(1) Operation Department: That is, all kindergartens directly under Yuan Bo adopt the principal responsibility system and operate independently.

(2) General Department: responsible for handling comprehensive affairs such as administration, finance and human resources, among which the human resources department is responsible for coordinating the overall talent development plan of the Expo Park, including personnel recruitment, internship, on-the-job training, promotion and assignment.

(3) Service support: Organize professionals from all fields to be responsible for the service and support of all directly operated parks, affiliated parks and cooperative parks under Yuan Boqi, including teacher training, teaching support, marketing planning support, VI visual image system support, environmental renovation project support, network and information service technical support and other departments.

(4) R&D Center: responsible for teaching research, textbook compilation, product planning and development, and media design and production in Yuan Bo.
