During the period of socialist economic construction, driven by personal desires, some party member cadres gradually became indifferent to the concept of the legal system, lost their principles in the face of power, money, beauty and children, ignored the party's years of training and education, took advantage of their positions, and did things that ran counter to the principles and purposes of officials and people's public servants, embarked on the sinful steps, sent themselves to the gates of hell, and eventually lost their reputation and even paid the price of their lives. The lesson is profound and painful. We must draw lessons from these cases and take them as a warning. Combined with the current anti-corruption education activities, I think the cadres in party member should take the lead in the following aspects:

First, always keep good study habits. Learning is a compulsory course for every cadre in party member. Only by constantly strengthening study can we improve our own quality and ability. If you don't study ideas, you can't make progress, improve your ability, improve your leadership methods and make correct decisions. Some cadres in party member are always fidgeting in their studies. They always use the busy work as an excuse to push the buck, depending on the situation. As a result, they only heard the slogan of learning, but did not see the improvement of their learning level. A lot of things can only be thought about and gained if you calm down and study them. Living facts also tell us that if you don't study, your mind will not be transformed, your heart will not be quiet, your desires will easily expand, you will not be able to refuse temptation, you will easily lose your mind when you encounter temptation, and you will easily trip over the rope of temptation. Therefore, party member cadres must always study hard, learn from books, learn from practice, learn real skills, strive to be outstanding party member cadres in the new period, and make their own contributions to national economic construction.

The second is to always maintain a code of conduct of honesty and self-discipline. Honesty is the most basic code of conduct for every cadre in party member. The party has always educated us to be honest and self-disciplined, and often sounded the alarm for everyone. The incorruptibility of cadres in party member will not only distort and destroy the image of the Party among the masses, but also harm the interests of the Party, the country and the people. Some party member cadres have no knowledge, no ability, or are not honest and self-disciplined. As a result, they have embarked on the road of crime. Therefore, we must establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, keep in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, be self-respecting, self-disciplined, sober-minded, eliminate unnecessary thoughts, always be self-disciplined, always cultivate the virtue of being an official, and always maintain human conduct.

Third, we should always maintain the fine tradition of hard work. In recent years, some cadres in party member have forgotten the style of hard struggle, coveted enjoyment, been keen on pursuing the happiness of individuals and small families, abandoned the party discipline and state law, and embarked on the road of crime. We must take this as a warning, continue to carry forward the style of hard work, abide by the party's purpose, advocate thrift, oppose extravagance and waste, and unswervingly maintain and carry forward the fine tradition of hard work.

Four, abide by the law, according to the rules, to prevent delays, starting from me, always maintain the advanced nature of the workforce, and constantly improve the ability to resist corruption and change.
