Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Jiangbo Scholarship Evaluation for Outstanding Students

I. General principles

The first Jiangbo Scholarship for Outstanding Students was established by Jiang Bo, the chairman and legal representative of Beijing Jiangbo Education and an alumnus of the 97th English Education in our school. It is an award fund to encourage students to study hard, make continuous progress and promote all-round development.

Article 3 Jiangbo Scholarship Selection Criteria for Outstanding Students

Meet the basic requirements of the application, the academic performance in school is within the class ranking 10%, and there is no make-up record for the exam and exam courses.

Four. Selection method and procedure

Article 5 Students shall submit a written application to their class according to the application conditions of Jiangbo Excellent Student Scholarship. After being recommended by the class and the head teacher and publicized in the class, fill in the Approval Form of Jiangbo Scholarship for Excellent Students of Hefei Normal University (in duplicate) and submit it to the department for review.

After careful examination of the conditions, each department will propose candidates, publicize them in the department for three days, and report them to the Student Affairs Office for examination after no objection.

Audited by the Political and Educational Affairs Office, reported to the leading group of student affairs of the school for examination and approval, and then put on record, and the financial office is responsible for issuing.

Article 6 The Student Affairs Office shall report the list of award-winning students and other materials to the Jiangbo Scholarship Fund Committee for the record.

The scholarship evaluation office is located in the student affairs office and is responsible for the evaluation of scholarships.

Article 8 The Jiangbo Scholarship for Outstanding Students shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant financial laws and regulations of the State, and shall be used for special purposes.
