Dierske's Three Premises and My Experience
Teacher Haifeng's CD interpersonal training camp started yesterday. It is a different angle for me to cut into the disc from interpersonal relationship.

In 2007, because I was in charge of the recruitment module in the company, I first came into contact with the evaluation.

At that time, a company called Thomas International was promoting disc evaluation. As part of the promotion, I have done disc evaluation. Compared with the evaluation methods I knew at that time, such as Besson and Nomstar, I think I am more willing to accept the evaluation results of Dierske. More importantly, this evaluation is relatively perfect for some important positions in the company, such as front-line sales and leadership.

From the beginning of this issue until I entered teacher Haifeng's training camp yesterday, I never thought that DISC could be studied and applied from this angle, which really surprised me. I suddenly realized that I labeled DISC as a talent evaluation, which may not be enough. Therefore, I am full of expectations for teacher Haifeng's future teaching!

Through yesterday's study, I learned that Dr. maston's research result based on Hippocrates' theory of body fluid is widely used and has obvious effect.

The establishment of disc theory is based on three premises:

1, everyone has a disc, but the ratio is different.

My personal experience: recognition

First of all, most of the theories I know about talent evaluation have similar views. For example, type 9 personality and color theory have similar descriptions. No one is unique.

Secondly, from the perspective of personal life experience, due to family background, family, school, workplace and other environments have a constant impact on individuals, and no one is a single personality. Moreover, I find that the older I get, the more vague the vivid expression of these characters becomes. Perhaps this is the process of people adapting to society!

2. Dish is four behavior styles, which are characteristics, not advantages and disadvantages.

My personal experience: I agree very much.

Just like a case mentioned by teacher Haifeng in class yesterday: if you say that a person "skimps", most people think it is a shortcoming, but if this person wants him to do purchasing work, then he must be a very cost-conscious person without the supervision of others. From this perspective, this is the greatest advantage of this person.

From this, I think we don't have to put up with anyone's so-called shortcomings. Maybe we can look at it from another angle, which is the flash advantage we don't have!

This is the biggest touch I got from yesterday's class.

3. The disc can be adjusted and replaced.

My personal experience: I believe

From personal experience, from lecturers to corporate HR professionals, to today's management consultants; From book-based to people-oriented; From introversion to extroversion. I can feel this change myself, and the evaluation results of different evaluation tools are also reflected. Therefore, I believe that as long as I am willing, I will be able to change.

Of course, this change will not happen overnight, but should be the result of constant stimulation and intentional cultivation, so I look forward to the inspiration brought by the follow-up training camp! Look forward to the future!
