The "Future Teacher Reserve and Training Plan" (Seed Plan) was initiated by the Shanghai Education Talent Exchange Service Center under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and the Shanghai Famous Teacher Training Center was implemented with the full cooperation of all district education bureaus, district education talent service centers and university employment guidance centers.
Committed to integrating teachers' recruitment needs from both "supply" and "demand", building a pool of future teachers, and cultivating and building a team of future teachers with both ability and political integrity from a high starting point. The goal is to select high-quality college students from colleges and universities to enter the future basic education teacher reserve system and form a new teacher induction training and reserve mechanism with Shanghai characteristics. Main contents of "seed plan"
The "Seed Plan" is mainly devoted to training non-normal college students to become teachers of basic education in Shanghai in the future, and provides students with projects such as ability counseling, teaching informatization, vocational testing, campus experience, pre-service training and internship practice.
(A) Campus experience
Provide campus visits and internship experience activities for junior college students. Through many "future teacher practice bases" schools to create conditions and open a certain number of campus experience places, students should seize the opportunity. After the campus experience activity is open for registration, sign up quickly.

(b) Pre-service training
Students who successfully register through the "Seed Program" and pass the written test will be included in the key training object, that is, the seedling stage. Pre-job training will be arranged for a certain number of hours, including: professional norms and humanistic quality, guidance on subject teaching plan design, publicity and interpretation of recruitment policy, mock interview, job search guidance, career planning, etc.
Practice.
In addition to pre-job training, students will also participate in at least one month's on-the-job internship. The practice base school is provided by the municipal and district education talent exchange service centers, and the practice school arranges on-the-job practice according to the students' job hunting intention, and the teachers guide them all the time. After the internship, employers will be recommended according to the students' performance.
