Watchmen rural education
There is a power that can make everything grow, make time last, touch the heart and improve the mind. This is the power of light. There is a pursuit, that is, follow the direction of light, walk in the dark, explore ways and means, and find the realm of light.

This training in China Normal University has brought us a kind of light power. I am especially grateful to Mr. Zhang from the Teacher Training Department for giving me such a high-end training opportunity, so that I can come to the forefront of education from the distant shores of the Yellow River, fields and countryside, listen to experts' reports and learn the most advanced educational concepts and experiences; Join such an excellent team and see the elegance of many outstanding educators in Henan.

I used to be distressed because the rural news was blocked and there were few learning opportunities. Later, with the internet, I could feel the outside world from a distance, which was really good. In order to broaden my horizons, I went out to study at my own expense many times. This is a heartfelt desire. Because of more than 20 years of working experience in rural areas, I deeply understand what Mr. Tao Xingzhi said: "The biggest weakness of education in China lies in the countryside." These years have also witnessed the vicissitudes of rural education, and the pace is difficult. Especially now, the phenomenon of "urban crowding rural areas" makes rural education precarious and precarious, which also doubles the pressure on rural teachers.

If Henan's education lags behind Shanghai for 20 years, then Henan's rural education will probably lag behind for 25 or even 30 years. This backwardness is not only reflected in the hardware construction of the school building (during the training, I was very happy to hear from my colleagues that the school classroom was equipped with air conditioning, and our heating was finally guaranteed. ), but it is more reflected in the lack of teachers' professional development ability. Most teachers don't like reading and learning, and they don't have the consciousness of reflective research. Even if there is, it is highly utilitarian. Most of the topics they do are superficial or even "pseudo-topic research". The pursuit of academic qualifications only stays at the level of scores. How to change the learning attitude of rural children? How to improve the professional quality of rural teachers? How to make rural schools break through in a cruel environment?

Troubled by these problems, every time I go out to study, I will think about the current situation of education around me. Even with a little inspiration, I will try to practice in my own teaching. So I listen to the class carefully every day. In the evening, I sort out my notes and share them, because I know my students will read them on weekends and my friends will read them every night, hoping to bring them some enlightenment.

This afternoon's group sharing was particularly touching. Members of the class Committee have made a lot of efforts. When we listened to seven students' representatives telling their training insights and gains from different angles, they all resonated from different angles. When we sang that touching and exciting song, we couldn't help crying. In the solemn national anthem, we touch the pulse of the motherland; In the passionate melody "On the Sunshine Road", we feel the power of sunshine. In the long music "Shanghai Beach", we look back at the past lives with a long history; In the cheerful and beautiful song "My People, My Motherland", we expressed our love and feelings for educating people. I believe that every participant will bring this love and affection back to his hometown, spread hope, lead growth, and make Henan education full of vitality and fragrance.

Let us remember Professor Zhong Qiquan's teaching: the core link of school reform is curriculum reform, the core link of curriculum reform is classroom reform, and the core link of classroom reform is teachers' professional growth. Change ideas, attitudes, take root in the classroom, pay attention to students, find suitable research points, build a learning community and a growing community, and let teachers and students really learn!

Some people say that rural education needs "persistence", but I don't want to make it bitter and tragic. We should not only plow the fields, but also look for the poetry and beauty of education, such as setting up a "rural teacher reading club", combining reading with thinking, reading with writing; Pay attention to the growth of rural children and guide their study and career planning ... Where there is light, there is hope. I would like to quietly be a happy "good girl" and move towards the bright side!
