According to the official report of Changsha Cai Bo Education Group, Cai Bo Group is a private education group and an education brand founded by Yuelu District Education Bureau 1996. At present, it is the only primary school group in Yuelu District, accounting for half of the primary education in Yuelu District.

Changsha is the capital of Hunan Province and the political, economic, cultural, transportation, science and technology, finance and information center of Hunan Province.
